Service

tcgsync is a Shopify app that connects through OAuth to synchronize merchant products, orders, customers, and store credit data between Shopify and tcgsync systems. The OAuth app uses SQLite for installation/session metadata, while the main sync workflows run in the external tcgsync system. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their use of synchronized data complies with applicable laws.

Merchant obligations

Merchants must keep their Shopify store credentials secure, use the app only for lawful business purposes, and avoid uploading or synchronizing data that they do not have permission to process.

Shopify platform requirements

tcgsync operates through Shopify APIs and platform rules. Access can change if Shopify updates API permissions, protected customer data review requirements, or App Store policies.

Pricing

tcgsync is free to install. No Shopify subscription charge, usage charge, or one-time app charge is collected for installing the app.

Availability and support

The service is provided with commercially reasonable care. Support requests should be sent to admin@tcgsync.com.

Termination

Merchants can uninstall tcgsync from Shopify. After uninstall, tcgsync removes installation sessions and processes Shopify's mandatory redaction webhooks according to the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app, law, or Shopify platform requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
